ISWM provides life-changing support and resources to youth and families striving to overcome adversity. Whether you’re in need of educational assistance, vocational training, mentorship, or access to basic necessities like food and shelter, ISWM is here to walk with you. Our programs are designed to build resilience, confidence, and leadership through a community-based approach. By connecting individuals to counseling, health education, and creative outlets, we empower people to thrive—not just survive.
Bobby B. Clark is the Founder and CEO of ISWM, a purpose-driven leader with over 35 years of experience in construction and community development. Born in South Carolina and raised in North Carolina, Bobby is deeply committed to uplifting disadvantaged families and building stronger communities. His journey from carpenter apprentice to construction superintendent taught him the value of follow-through, communication, and empathy—qualities he now brings to ISWM. He leads with heart, believing real change begins with personal accountability and service.
Global poverty affects billions and goes far beyond financial hardship. It often limits access to education, healthcare, clean water, and stable employment—basic human rights that many communities still lack. ISWM believes in addressing poverty at its roots by creating opportunities for self-sufficiency and growth. Through global partnerships, education, and advocacy, we aim to empower individuals with the tools they need to break the cycle of poverty and build a better future for themselves and their families.
Today’s youth face numerous challenges that impact their development and future potential, including limited access to quality education, mental health struggles, unemployment, and exposure to violence or displacement. In some regions, environmental instability and cultural division also threaten their well-being. ISWM works to equip young people with the skills, support, and confidence needed to navigate these obstacles. Through leadership development, mentorship, and creative programming, we help youth become agents of change in their own lives and communities.
